Kelli Bosman
Organizational Change Management Expert & Advisor
Helping organizations transform
with their people & customers in mind
Elevator Speech....
Think of me as a Change Evangelist.
I collaborate with organizations to address the people-dimension of business transformation and operational effectiveness. In other words,
I help organizations:- prepare their people for new ways of working - that's where learning and communications and user engagement activities come in.
- develop their capabilities - so that they can continuously strategize and plan for their future.
- make decisions - sometimes we just have to get a group of people in the room together and facilitate ideation and problem-solving.
About me
What I do...
Focused on the critical elements of organizational effectiveness.
I am an Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional with over 17 years working with clients to help them prepare their people for big transformations within their organizations, e.g., new technology systems, new ways of doing business, new organizational structure; any transformation that means that people will change the way they work.
What I want to be doing when I grow up...
I am compelled to help organizations make a measurable difference.
Recently, I was one of the fortunate IBMers selected to participate in its Corporate Service Corps (CSC) program to make a difference in a place on our planet that can use a little help. My project assignment was working with a nonprofit organization in south India whose mission is the social, economic, and educational development of women and children in difficult and vulnerable circumstances.
I came home from that experience compelled to make it my job to make a difference.
